Parents Night Out – May 22

6pm - 9pm

Parents enjoy a night out and know their children are well cared for!

Open to GWC attendees only!

Ages 1 yr -12 yrs only. No infants.

Space is limited, so don't delay to register!

For safety reasons, ONLY registered individuals are authorized to pick up your child.

POLICIES AND RULES
  • No electronics allowed during the event. (If kids bring any, we’ll keep them in a box until it’s time to go.)
  • Being around other kids sometimes leads to small accidents. If this happens, you will be contacted immediately at the provided phone number. If no answer and further attention is needed, we will call 911 for assistance.
  • For your child’s safety, we do not give any medications.
  • If your child is sick, please don’t send them to the event. We will see them at the next one!
  • We’ll provide a small snack. Please inform us if your child has any food allergies. If you want your child to have a full meal, please send their food in lunchbox. (Fully cooked meal, no kitchen available).
  • If your child is allergic to insect bites, please let us know. If insect bites occur, we will provide basic care.
  • At all times we will show GOD; bullying will not be accepted. 
  • We will be doing fun activities and would love to have memories of the children. If your child cannot be photographed, please let us know so we can have you sign a form.
